Our History
PBC Environmental & Demolition was founded in 2018 by long time construction professional and developer Clint Gendreau and construction professional and business development consultant Dean Raftopoulos. Out of a need for a higher level of service from the local demolition and abatement industry to service their projects, Clint and Dean decided that they could do it better together. Since that first demolition project, PBC Environmental & Demolition, has grown into a recognized regional leader in its field completing many of New England’s most recognized landmark projects.

Our commitment
At PBC Environmental & Demolition, our commitment is to provide unrivaled service and remarkable high-quality work all at a compelling value.
Our Approach
Every project starts with a conversation. Once we gain understanding of our client’s goals and what’s uniquely important to them, we then collaboratively create a plan to deliver on staffing, supervision, management, documentation, schedules, logistics, phasing, work plans, accident prevention plans, waste management, and post construction documentation.
At PBC Environmental & Demolition, we focus on every detail because we know our clients do too. And we’ve learned that approaching every single project with that level of focus means we will always deliver the highest level of service and work quality for our clients.
