Four buildings in the Riverton Park Complex in Portland, Maine recently required total demolition, with minimal disruption to the existing Community. The PBCE Team first provided abatement to remove known contaminants and prepare the structures for demolition. Three excavators were brought in to demolish four buildings and remove concrete slabs. Following our ongoing commitment to quality and environmental compliance, throughout the process our team utilized fire hoses for dust control, bobcats with sweeping attachments to keep adjacent roads clean, passable, and safe, and post demo surface smoothing and compacting for enhanced site safety.
