The Riverton Park Community in Portland, Maine is being completely transformed, with the rehab and renovation of 21 existing buildings at the site. The PBCE Team was proud to be involved in the initial phase of this project, including the removal of siding and brick exteriors, removal of soffits, dormers, and roofing, as well as interior demolition, tile and mastic flooring removal down to plywood or concrete layers. PBCE also performed the environmental abatement. All inspections passed throughout the process, clearing the way for further reconstruction of this important affordable housing project.
